Where do I get the ARBEC app?​

ARBEC is available on Google Play.

How do attendees join a conference?​

Sign in, then select the conference from the list. Conferences can also be joined through a public conference page with registration.

How do organizers get workspace access?​

An organizer account is set up when the conference is created. Additional team members are granted access through organizer invitations managed in the workspace People module.

Who is this documentation for?​

This section is for organizers, conference operators, and support teams working with ARBEC as a product.

Is this the same as the internal project documentation?​

No. Public product documentation lives in docs-site/. Internal PRDs, plans, and evidence stay in the project's internal documents/ area.

What should a team prepare before launch?​

At minimum:

  • a clear owner for conference operations
  • reviewed content for the attendee-facing experience
  • a rehearsal plan for critical workflows

Developers and technical contributors should start in Developer Docs.
